Three Rivers Student Named Connecticut Association for Adult and Continuing Education Adult Learner of the Year

Snowy Chen was named the 2026 Adult Learner of the Year by the Connecticut Association for Adult and Continuing Education. A general studies student at Three Rivers, she is well known for her involvement in campus events and active role in the college community. Previously, Snowy attended Norwich Regional Adult Education, where she built a reputation for her strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and the care she put into every assignment.
