CT State Student Receives Top Honor in Phi Theta Kappa Publication

Congratulations to CT State student Farouk Elkaoukji who is being recognized on a national stage for his creative voice. He was named International Poet Laureate by
the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society for his poem “Roots and Wings,” the top honor awarded in PTK’s student publication, Nota Bene.
