CT State Norwalk Hosts Open House on Thursday, November 6
Connecticut State Community College (CT State) Norwalk invites the community to attend an Open House on Thursday, November 6, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the East Campus Atrium. This event offers prospective students and their families the chance to explore campus programs, connect with faculty and staff, and get assistance with enrollment for the upcoming semesters.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with representatives from key departments such as Financial Aid, the Business Office, and Guided Pathways Advising to get guidance regarding paying for classes/payment plan options, information on CT State’s free college tuition program, as well as learn about what classes they should take, and so much more.
Program coordinators from ESOL (English for speakers of other languages), modern languages, allied health, and many other academic areas will also be present to share information about their programs and career pathways.
In addition, registration is now open for the winter 2025 and spring 2026 semesters. Prospective students can learn about available courses and even begin registering for classes during this event.
Guests will also have the option to tour campus to get a first-hand look at campus facilities and learning spaces; refreshments will also be provided by CT State Norwalk culinary arts and hospitality students.
“This Open House is a wonderful opportunity for community members to connect directly with our dedicated faculty and staff, explore academic options, and take the next steps toward their educational and career goals,” says campus dean of students, Ruben Barato.
The event is free and open to the public.
